Aperte a superfície da mistura com os dedos, para que fique homogêneo. Retire o aro e faça mais discos até terminar com a mistura. Leve para assar em forno a 180 graus por 15 minutos. Retire a fôrma do forno e com o auxílio de uma espátula, retire os discos ainda quentes. Reserve. Enrole a massa (pelo lado maior). Para colar a ponta da massa pincele 1 ovo batido. Corte 14 fatias com 2 cm de espessura cada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dica&lt;/em&gt;: experimente acrescentar no recheio calabresa fatiada e refogada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6º - Numa assadeira untada e enfarinhada, coloque as fatias separadamente e leve ao forno pré-aquecido moderado (170 graus) por 30 minutos ou até que estejam douradas. Depois abre-se a massa e corta-se em pedaços e faz-se bolas, deixa-se repousar 15 minutos. Frita-se e coloca-se creme de pasteleiro no meio (também é bom com chocolate). Pouco apouco adicona-se-lhe o sumo e a raspa de laranja e no fim as claras em neve bem firme. Em seguida deita-se as gemas e bate-se muito bem. Junta-se o leite alternadamente com as claras em neve e a farinha misturada com o fermento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Tira-se um pouco mais de 1/3 desta massa para uma tigela &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;misturando-se &lt;/span&gt;o chocolate ralado.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Deita-se a massa, alternadamente massa escura e massa clara, para uma &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;forma&lt;/span&gt; untada (com manteiga e farinha).
